26-27 июня 2025 заведующий кафедрой ЮНЕСКО по изучению глобальных проблем факультета глобальных процессов МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова Ю.Н. Саямов принял участие в IX Международном Невском форуме «Россия в многополярном мире: политика, экономика, образование». Форум проводился в Мариинском дворце Санкт-Петербурга, в котором работает Законодательное собрание. Проведение этого мероприятия было инициировано Северо-Западным институтом управления Российской академии народного хозяйства и государственной службы при Президенте Российской Федерации (СЗИУ РАНХиГС) с 2016 года и осуществляется на ежегодной основе.
В 2025 году форум собрал около 1.500 участников из государственной и академической сферы. Заседание открыл директор СЗИУ РАНХиГС Андрей Драгомирович Хлутков. На заседании с приветствиями выступили руководители Санкт-Петербурга (1-ый вице-губернатор и председатель Законодательного собрания), представители Государственной думы и Федерального собрания, РАН, университетов, государственных органов и общественных организаций.
Ю.Н. Саямов выступил с докладом и принял участие в дискуссии и ответах на вопросы на экспертном заседании, на котором обсуждались основные содержательные вопросы повестки и рассматривались современные трансформации и перспективы международных отношений. Состоялись заключительные беседы с директором СЗИУ РАНХиГС А.Д.Хлутковым и деканом факультета международных отношений и политических исследований Натальей Васильевной Муйзиник. Были представлены научные труды кафедры ЮНЕСКО по изучению глобальных проблем: монография «Преодолевая пределы роста» и учебник «Международные отношения в контексте глобальных процессов».
В рамках форума состоялись встречи с международными участниками из Словакии, Сербии, Индии, КНР, Вьетнама. Большой интерес к сотрудничеству проявил председатель Народной партии Словакии Павол Слота.
______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________On June 26-27, 2025, the Head of the UNESCO Chair on Global Problems and Emerging Social and Ethical Challenges for Large Cities and their Population of the Faculty of Global Processes of Lomonosov Moscow State University Yu.N. Sayamov took part in the IX International Nevsky Forum «Russia in a Multipolar World: Politics, Economics, Education.« The Forum was held at the Mariinsky Palace in St. Petersburg, where the Legislative Assembly operates. The event has been initiated by the Northwestern Institute of Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) since 2016 and is carried out on an annual basis.
In 2025, the forum gathered about 1,500 participants from the government and academic sectors. The meeting was opened by the Director of the NWIU RANHiGS A. D. Khlutkov. The meeting was welcomed by the leaders of St. Petersburg (1st Vice Governor and Chairman of the Legislative Assembly), representatives of the State Duma and the Federal Assembly, the Russian Academy of Sciences, universities, government agencies and public organizations.
Yu.N. Sayamov presented a report, took part in the discussion and answered questions at the expert meeting, where the main substantive issues on the agenda were discussed and modern transformations and prospects of international relations were considered. Final conversations were held with the Director of the RANHIGS NWIU A.D.Khlutkov and the Dean of the Faculty of International Relations and Political Studies N.V. Muyzinik. During the Forum there were presented the scientific works of the UNESCO Chair on Global Problems and Emerging Social and Ethical Challenges for Large Cities and their Population : the monograph «Reconsidering the limits of growth« and the textbook «International Relations in the context of global processes«.
On the Forum/s sidelines were organized meetings with international participants from Slovakia, Serbia, India, China, and Vietnam. The Chairman of the Slovak People‘s PartyPavol Slota demonstrated great interest in cooperation.
